As we strive to do our part in building the global community through our projects, we recognize that one of our most valuable assets is our people. Each of our fulltime staff members are volunteers who are deeply committed and involved in determining all aspects of our projects, including finding the funding to run those projects. We believe that to truly make a difference in places that have suffered for many years, will take... many years! In order to accomplish this we depend on people who are looking to invest a significant part of their lives to come and learn the local language and culture of the people and develop projects that will make a deep and long lasting impact. We also have short term opportunities (2 weeks to 1 year) for those who would like to experience our work or evaluate the possibilities of long term service.
